I.E.L.M. International Executive Leadership Masterclass

Alle sprechen über Vernetzung, Internationalisierung und neuer Führung. Aber was heißt das genau? Wie geht Kulturtransformation? Wie bauen wir nachhaltige Teamstrukturen?

Die I.E.L.M. besteht aus 5 vollgepackten, hochwertigen Modulen im 3-Tage/2-Nächte-Format (Mittwoch 15.00 Uhr – Freitag 15.00 Uhr) und verspricht hochspannende Inhalte sowie hochkarätige internationale Teilnehmer*innen und Referent*innen.

Das I.E.L.M. Programm schafft den Raum, in einem Teilnehmer*innen- und Berater*innen-Team über relevante, zeitgemäße Führungsprinzipien und
-herausforderungen nachzudenken und somit das eigene Unternehmen nachhaltig auf die Zukunft vorzubereiten.

Darüber hinaus enthält die Masterclass intensive Einzel- und Gruppen-Coaching-Formate, die alle Teilnehmer*innen auf eine intensive Reise mitnehmen, ein wertvolles Netzwerk aufbauen und Community erlebbar machen.

Trainingssprache ist Englisch, Coachingsprache wahlweise Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch, Französisch oder Spanisch. Die Module werden jeweils an Standorten nahe Paris, Amsterdam, Brüssel und Frankfurt stattfinden, aber manchmal geht es auch nach Marseille, nach Edinburgh oder in die Toskana.

•12 to max. 20 participants from 6-10 Organizations

•4 xpand consultants / coaches per Module

•5 modules over 12 months

•Each module: 3pm-to 3pm (2 nights over three days)

•Individual coaching sessions with choice of language (English, German, Spanish, Dutch, French)

•Peer coaching skypes in between sessions

•Kick-off Day before module 1 with each participant

•Locations: in several cities (Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Glasgow – depending on participant’s footprint)
